We really value opportunities to work with our local community to bring people together over learning to knit or simply knitting in company.

Welcome Wool Groups

We work with community groups across south Wales to encourage and foster small knitting groups, ways of bring people together with tea, (cake!) and knitting.

#crochet tolerated

We run a once a month club in Newport, South Wales, working with young people between the ages of 14 and 18 who are recovering from substance addiction. We bring together knitters (and crocheters) to teach their skills on to young people who can learn to engage in the mindfulness of knitting and it's affects on helping reduce anxiety.

We do this in partnership with local organisations and other local youth supporters.
